This project served as an introduction to web development, emphasizing the core principles of HTML and CSS. The primary objective was to build a straightforward, accessible website with semantically structured content. Throughout the process, my aim was to: ‣ Learn and implement semantic HTML ‣ Explore and apply CSS styling techniques ‣ Master page linking and basic navigation.

This project centered on developing a well-organized website by utilizing semantic HTML and CSS. The primary goal was to enhance layout uniformity and readability across all pages. This website was developed using the 'content-out' approach — evolving as I deepened my understanding of HTML and CSS. Key areas of focus included: ‣ HTML: Structuring the foundation ‣ CSS: Typography and colour design ‣ Image formatting for clarity and aesthetics The design embraced minimalism, prioritizing a clean, well-organized layout to ensure accessibility and readability. I started with simple mockup designs and iterations and progressively refined the layout using CSS grids and typography adjustments.
Through building the Three Designed Objects website, I deepened my understanding of HTML structure and best practices—including intuitive navigation and UX-focused design. Additionally, I strengthened my CSS skills, learning to implement responsive design principles effectively.
